SUMMARY
Primary role is to execute direct sales within an assigned geographic area for purpose of new client acquisition. Must develop sales strategies to successfully meet & exceed sales targets and build a profitable sales region. Will also have some responsibility for add-on sales to, and retention of, existing clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and execute multi-faceted prospecting plan to create and close new client opportunities that meets or exceeds monthly acquisition objectives.
- Develop sales plans for achieving revenue targets within a defined geographic region.
- Ability to execute cold calls and walk-ins, develop strategic alliances and effectively utilize networking groups to create new business opportunities.

Primary role is to manage the immediate service needs of our clients as well as providing clerical and administrative support to technical consultants and the management team. - Answer and manage incoming client requests and escalations
- Help desk ticketing oversight and escalation

White Glove Technologies is hiring an Inside Sales Associate to contribute to White Glove’s impressive growth rate. This is an exciting career growth opportunity for a motivated, goal oriented team player to join one of the largest providers of IT support/outsourcing for small and medium size businesses in Central and South Texas. The Inside Sales Associate will prospect for and set up meetings with small to mid- sized business executives that meet our target criteria. Your primary responsibly is to generate a consistent stream of appointments for the Account Executives. In addition, you may be called upon to secure attendees for company events and webinars.

SUMMARY
Microsoft technician (MCSE 2003 favored) providing remote and onsite technical support to our small and mid-sized business clients. Will have account management and retention responsibility for multiple customers, with an expectation to be viewed as client's trusted IT advisor. Position requires travel around the Austin, San Antonio and/or surrounding region, as well as some after hours work.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform systems administration for Windows 2003 Servers, SBS2003, Exchange 2003 servers and XP or Vista workstations across multiple customers.
- Perform problem analysis and systems monitoring.
- Provide assistance to identify and troubleshoot Windows, mail delivery and network related problems.
- Maintain client security levels and confidentiality of information.
- Perform server and workstation updates and patches.
- Input and manage tickets through our PSA (Professional Services Automation) system.
- Partner with management and other staff to communicate client feedback & recommended to any problems.
- Partner with sales and professional service engineers to identify sales opportunities of benefit to clients.
- Participate in bi-weekly team meetings and training as required.
- Position requires approximately one week of night and weekend on-call duties per quarter.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Systems Administration (Servers and Workstations) to multiple Small Business Clients. We target about 120-150 end points (servers and workstations) to each engineer.
- Account Management for those same Small Business Clients.
- Responsible for backup and recovery testing, planning, and enhancements (if required).
- Works mostly in house to provide systems administration remotely but some in town travel required, perhaps a rare occasional visit to San Antonio (3-4 times a year depending on the situation(s)).
- Visit clients to ensure client satisfaction and grow as part of their team and ours!
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years experience
- Windows 2000, 2003 Server, SBS experience mandatory.
