Tommy Wald - CEO

With over 30 years in the IT industry, Tommy has extensive experience in adjusting to the rapidly changing world of technology. As CEO, he establishes the strategic direction of the company and oversees the financial management of White Glove. Tommy is also the company’s primary liaison to the IT industry and partner community.

As a former consultant with KPMG and CEO of a two-time Inc 500 company, Tommy has the skills and experience for successfully growing and building high-growth companies. He is also a well established thought leader in the industry, having held multiple advisory council positions and leadership roles for several prominent technology manufacturers and distributors.

Carey Balzer - President

The Founder of White Glove, Carey is our top sales and marketing executive, where his primary responsibilities include new account acquisition and client retention. He also leads WGT’s merger and acquisition efforts, having led the successful acquisition and integration of five companies over the past two years. His oversight of these areas has helped drive White Glove’s rapid growth and led to his being named to the MSPmentor 250 list as one of the most influential executives shaping the industry in 2009

Carey has an extensive history in delivering communications and technology services to the SMB markets, with experiences ranging from start-up to Fortune 100 companies. These include GM of US WEST’s Small Business Group, VP of Marketing for Sprint Business, and CEO or COO roles at four companies which ranged from pre-revenue stage to $100 million.

Tony Williams - Executive Vice President of Operations

Tony is well known within the IT industry and a frequent contributor on the subject of managed services operations. In his role with WGT he is the top executive responsible for service delivery and ensures WGT meets and exceeds our service level expectations.

His experience includes over 20 years of IT experience growing from the ranks of network engineer to his present day role. Tony played a key role as a board member of Ingram Micro’s Service Advisory Council and the development of their premier national service network.

Bahij Nahhas - Vice President of Client Strategy

Bahij is WGT’s top technologist and advocate for our clients. He regularly meets with WGT clients and develops strategies for interpreting their technical needs from their business objectives. He assists them with prioritizing their capital IT expenditures and develops their technology road maps.

With multiple technical certifications and extensive hands-on expertise in IT, Bahij understands the appropriate usage and application of new technologies that are constantly and rapidly being introduced to the market place. He effectively communicates the benefits of these new technologies to our clients and establishes himself as their trusted business advisor.

Dave Bartelli - Vice President of Product Marketing

Dave plays a key role within WGT to identify and establish new product and service offerings. His technical expertise combined with his business acumen provides WGT with the ability to effectively implement these offerings that are valuable to our clients.

His past experience and roles with high tech companies has established him as a key member of the WGT team. Dave works with all departments within WGT to establish systems, processes and solutions that make our company more effective and efficient.

Stephanie Heflin - Vice President of Service Delivery

Stephanie is the key WGT executive responsible for all help desk and remote operations services. She is certified with the Help Desk Institute and tasked with implementing best practices to ensure WGT’s clients receive prompt and responsive services.

She has solidified her reputation as a national expert on the tools and systems WGT utilizes to optimize the delivery of our services. Stephanie also develops the processes and procedures within WGT that are essential to delivering a consistent quality of service.

Trent Doucet - Vice President and Managing Director

Trent is the lead executive for WGT’s legal IT practice. His experience with law firms and their work flow processes provides him with a unique perspective and consultative approach for providing IT services to our law firm clients.

Trent was former CEO of Primus Networks that focused exclusively on providing managed IT services to various law firms, prior to merging with WGT. He is a former intelligence analyst and linguistics expert for the US Navy and a private pilot.
